We proudly deliver to all 50 states in the USA. Sorry, no international shipping at this time—we’re keeping it stateside for now!
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep it affordable while ensuring your mirror arrives safe and sound. Look out for free shipping promos—we drop those from time to time!
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order’s packed and ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can keep tabs on it.
Delivery Time
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to get your Simplehuman Mirror to you quickly. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on where you’re at in the USA. Need it faster? Expedited options are available at checkout—just pick what works for you.
Order Tracking
Once your package is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number. Check your email or hit us up at support@simplehumanmirror.com if you need help finding your shipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order’s running late or goes MIA, don’t sweat it. Reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll sort it out pronto. We’ve got your back!

Return & Exchange Policy
At Simplehuman Mirror, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got a straightforward return and exchange process just for our USA customers. Here’s how it works:
Return Window
You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it—good as new!
Eligible Items
We accept returns or exchanges on all Simplehuman Mirrors, as long as they meet our condition guidelines. Note: Personalized or custom items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return or Exchange

Reach out to us at support@simplehumanmirror.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re sending it back.

We’ll shoot you a return authorization and shipping instructions—easy peasy.

Pack it up securely and ship it back within 7 days of getting our approval. (Heads-up: return shipping’s on you unless the item’s damaged or defective.)
Refunds
Once we receive and check out your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. You’ll get your money back to the original payment method—expect it to hit your account shortly after, depending on your bank. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, though!
Exchanges
Want a different finish or model? Let us know when you contact us, and we’ll swap it out if it’s in stock. We’ll cover the shipping for the replacement if the original item was damaged or defective—otherwise, you’ll handle the return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mirror arrives busted or isn’t working right, don’t sweat it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@simplehumanmirror.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, and we’ll cover the shipping both ways.
Non-Returnable Situations
